When are tips published?

Tips are delivered to Telegram as soon as the value is spotted. Pregame tips often come around 0-30 minutes before kick-off. Inplay tips (VIP) are delivered anytime during the game.

Which stake size should I use?

Choosing a staking strategy is a very individual choice you need to take yourself. I will not provide recommendations because I don't know your risk preference. Guidance can be found in the article here.
